Happy Fathers Day to all those Dad’s out there. I hope you are celebrating in style.
One of the things I hear from time to time is that people’s husbands and partners don’t want them to join Stampin’ Up! as they think it will make life hard for all the family. So today, to honour our the fathers and men in our lives I am going to share with you the top three reasons why your joining my team is going to make his life easier!
Firstly you can make some extra money to spend on treats for him or the rest of the family. Would he enjoy an extra holiday each year, a new big boys toy or a subscription to the sports channel without having to find the extra money himself?
Secondly as you grow your business you will learn new skills which will help you in all areas of your life. Would he benefit from or like you to be better at managing your time or to be more organised? (My other half is hoping I will learn to be tidier too!)
Thirdly you will be able to make him lots of lovely cards and gifts, and lets face it everyone likes to know they are special. Yes even those people who appear not to appreciate your beautiful creations secretly love that you care for them.
Following your passion and doing something you love also has many other benefits, studies show that people who are happy live longer and are more healthy, and it is well known that when you are happy in one area of your life this tends to spill over into the others.
